1. Please note that all tables must be pre paid to secure your booking

2. Tables are not confirmed as booked until payment is made.

3. Tables are not refundable. 

4. All stallholders are responsible for removal of their items and rubbish.

5. Any business stalls or food sellers must have the appropriate public liability insurance

6. Any food stalls must have the correct food hygiene certification. 

7. Tables will be provided at the venue approx size will be 1.2 metres 

8. Pitch size is not guaranteed 

9. Special requests will be accomodated wherever possible.

10. We cannot guarantee that there will only be 1 stall per fair with similar items.
